Exercise is NOT mandatory on the Genetix Program

Weight loss CAN be achieved with minimal to no exercise; however studies have shown that an active lifestyle offers advantages far beyond the scope of losing weight.

Therefore, if you are an active individual that would like to include exercise and/or activity into your program our counselors and personal trainers will create an exercise/activity plan for you that is congruent with your daily schedule, not too rigorous and that can be maintained throughout your life. The plan differs with each client but generally starts off at a very slow and comfortable level.
